This training programme is only accessible to members of the ULiège community or people with assimilated status, and is available for 5 languages: Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish (levels A1 to A2+), and English (levels A1 to C1).

 

 

Practical Organization

This online course will take place from September 21, 2026 till May 14, 2027 (possibility to continue until June 25, 2027). Late students will be able to join the course at the beginning of second quadrimester (February 8, 2027).

It requires 1 to 2 hours of work per week.

Information sessions and meetings with the team take place online on Zoom in the first week of the programme (in September and February). The teachers will schedule these meetings with their group of students.

Registration Fee

  • 90 € for the whole year (free for staff with consent of their head of department – download the consent form here)
  • 60 € for the second semester only

  • If you want to pay by invoice, please send us your request at islvle@uliege.be. In that case, please do not pay anything before receiving the invoice. We can also send you a payment certificate, would this proof of payment be sufficient for you.
  • Should the course not be organised because of an insufficient number of students, you’ll be refunded in October/March.
  • A refund is possible only if you cancel your participation before the second week of the course.

Please note:

  • The training will only take place provided at least 25 people have registered for that language.
  • A certificate of attendance will be given if requested, provided the teacher thinks that the student has put enough time and effort into the training.

Registration

Registrations are available from August 17 till November 2nd, 2026 for the first semester and from November 2, 2026 till March 1, 2027 for the second semester.
